OSG Group was established in Accra to deliver, in Ghana, the standard of integrity and risk  assessment work that serious institutions have come to expect internationally. The firm was founded on a specific observation: that the administrative-grade screening market in Ghana does not meet the threshold the regulator, the multinational, or the family office now demands and that the gap between current practice and that threshold is a market the country has been waiting to see filled.

Our work is intelligence-led. That is not a slogan. It means our methodology is built on the  analytical disciplines used in national security environments i.e source grading for reliability,  information grading for credibility, structured peer review at the senior level, and the institutional discipline that the most consequential decisions require. It also means we conduct verification at source rather than from a database - directly with employers, regulators, professional bodies, and the institutional records that make a finding defensible under serious scrutiny.

The firm operates under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and is registered with the Data Protection Commission as a data controller. We are a member in good standing of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). Our work is conducted by credentialed practitioners (a certified polygraph examiner, a licensed clinical psychologist, an intelligence-trained founder) under explicit professional ethics codes that govern both the methodology and the conduct of the work.

We do not make hiring decisions. We do not make pass-or-fail recommendations. We deliver verified intelligence, graded for reliability and presented at the standard a serious institution requires to make a decision that its board, its regulator, and its shareholders can defend.
