The combination is rare in Ghana. It is the combination behind OSG's most demanding behavioural and clinical assessment work.
Sakyibea Darling Ofei is the Lead Behavioural and Integrity Specialist at OSG. She is a licensed clinical psychologist, a certified polygraph examiner, and a forensic psychology researcher holding a Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ghana, Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from the University of Derby and pursuing doctoral research in the same field at the University of South Africa. Her career has been built at the intersection of clinical psychology, forensic methodology, and integrity assessment and the academic and operational depth she carries is the foundation on which OSG offers behavioural and clinical work of a kind few firms in Ghana can credibly provide.
Before joining OSG, she held substantive operational role at the National Intelligence Bureau, where the most consequential behavioural assessment decisions in the service passed through her work. She now brings that same standard of clinical rigour to OSG's engagements with banks, regulated institutions, multinational employers, and high-net-worth families across Ghana and the wider region.
02. HER ROLE AT OSG
Professional authority over OSG's behavioural and clinical work.
As Lead Behavioural and Integrity Specialist, Sakyibea holds professional authority over OSG's behavioural and clinical assessment work. She leads the firm's psychometric and psychological fitness engagements, conducts the most consequential polygraph examinations personally, and serves as the clinical reviewer on Sensitive Role Suitability programmes. Where an OSG engagement requires the clinical standard to be defensible under professional scrutiny, the work is conducted under her authority.
